Explanation
Non-renewable: These are the sources that cannot be renewed and are available in limited quantities. Examples include coal, nuclear, oil, and natural gas.
As thermal electricity cannot be renewed if used once, it is a non-renewable source of energy.
All those things which are composed of non-living things are called abiotic resources. For example, rocks and metals.
1: Resources can broadly be classified upon their availability — they are classified into renewable and non-renewable resources. Examples of non renewable resources are coal, crude oil etc. Examples of renewable resources are air, water, natural gas, wind, solar energy, etc.2:The resources which can be renewed or reproduced by physical, chemical or mechanical processes are known as renewable or replenishable resources. For example, solar and wind energy, water, forests and wildlife, etc.
3: Non-renewable resources occur over a very long geological time. Minerals and fossil fuels are examples of such resources. These resources take millions of years in their formation. Some of the resources like metals are recyclable and some like fossil fuels cannot be recycled and get exhausted with their use
Developed resources are the resources which are surveyed and their quality and quantity have been determined for utilisation. The development of resources depends on technology and level of their feasibility.
The organic fertilizers are used to improve the fertility of alluvial soil. This type of fertilizer originates from an organic source. Some examples include fish extracts, manure, and compost.
Laterite soil is the result of intense leaching due to heavy rain. Lateritic soils are mostly deep to very deep, acidic (pH<6.0), generally deficient in plant nutrients and occur mostly in southern states, Western Ghats region of Maharashtra, Odisha, some parts of West Bengal and North-east regions.
In the given options countries like USA, Japan and Russia are highly developed in most of the fields and developed their own resources. On the other hand, Nepal is a developing country which has not yet achieved development.
All those things which are composed of non-living things are called abiotic resources. Fish is a living being. Hence, it is a biotic resource.
