Such a parliamentary system prevails in Canada and Great Britain, in which there are two parties holding the maximum numbers of seats. Hence, Option A is correct. The Bahujan Samaj Party is a party formed to represent Bahujans referring to Schedule Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and other backward Castes.
