It is least basic bacause of high electronegativity of 3F atoms. The lone pair present on nitrogen atom is not easily available for donation.
Nitrogen does not form complex because of the absence of d - orbitals.
Anhydride of Nitrous acid is N2O3.
Highest oxidation state is +5 which remains unchanged.
Because of its very low ignition temp (303K) it is always kept under water
Due to absence of d - orbital in N - atom, it can't accept e– from H2O for hydrolysis of NF3
Due to less reactivity
Na4P2O7 salt of strong acid & strong base.
