Explanation
HNO3 is both an acid and an oxidizing agent
A reagent which lowers the oxidation number of an element in a given substance is known as oxidizing agent
The oxidation state of Cr in chromium in chromium trioxide (Cr2O3) is as follows;
2x + 3 (-2) = 0
2x – 6 = 0
2x = +6
x = +3
Oxidation of Cl in KCl is -1 and in KClO3 is +5.
Therefore, the ratio of oxidation states = -1/+5
Disproportionation is a chemical reaction typically a redox reaction , where a two identical molecules are transformed into two or more dissimilar products. Where as in a redox reaction , the species simultaneously oxidized and reduced to form at least two different products.
Example : 2A→A' + A'' , where A, A' + A'' are all different chemical species . Hence all the given reactions are redox reactions but not dissportioonal reactions.
In S4O62- each O is -2 for a total of -12 because of the -2 then S4 has to be +10 or 2.5 for each S
