All the given options hold true for the state except Fiji, because a vote of Fiji-Indian has less value when compared to the vote of indigenous Fijian.

Majoritarianism is not a feature of government. It is a system in which majority sometimes categorised by religion, language, social class, or some other identifying factor rule the state.
