In case of India we have unemployment in rural and urban areas. However, the nature of unemployment differs in rural and urban areas. In case of rural areas, there is seasonal unemployment. Seasonal unemployment happens when people are not able to find jobs during some months of the year. People dependant upon agriculture usually face such kind of problem.

A demotion is a compulsory reduction in an employee's rank or job title within the organizational hierarchy of a company, public service department, or other body, unless there is no reduction in pay. In simple words demotion is defined as downgrading an employee by reducing his salary decreases his responsibility and authority and status.
